قرر مجلس إدارة” تنمية”شبكة مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر في المملكة التبرع بمبلغ 650 ألف دينار استجابة لمبادرة الملك عبد الله الثاني بدعم الغارمات.
وقال المجلس في بيان اصدره اليوم الأربعاء، إن قرار التبرع يأتي استجابة للمبادرة الملكية بتوجيه الدعم للنساء الغارمات والوقوف إلى جانبهن، انطلاقا من المسؤولية المجتمعية لهذه المؤسسات ودورها في خدمة المجتمع والاقتصاد الوطني وللإسهام في تخفيف الأعباء عن المقترضات اللواتي تعثرن في سداد التزاماتهن المالية.
وتضم تنمية في عضويتها شركات التمويل الأصغر المرخصة من قبل البنك المركزي الأردني وتخضع لرقابته وإشرافه وعددها تسع مؤسسات تقدم التسهيلات، خصوصا للمقترضين غير المؤهلين للاقتراض من قبل البنوك، ما يسهم بردم الفجوة التمويلية.
ويبلغ عدد المقترضين الحاليين من هذه المؤسسات 465 ألف مقترض يلتزمون بالسداد بنسبة 98 بالمئة، وتمكنهم القروض التي تقدمها هذه المؤسسات من تأسيس أعمال صغيرة توفر لهم مصدر دخل مستدام وتسهم بنقلهم من خانة الحاجة إلى العمل والإنتاج.
وأسهمت هذه القروض، التي تطبق فيها المؤسسات تعليمات البنك المركزي وأفضل الممارسات في منح هذه النوع من القروض، بتوفير عشرات الالاف من فرص العمل في السوق المحلية.
