اطلقت جمعية البيئة الاردنية اليوم الثلاثاء فعاليات الحملة البيئية الوطنية “أردن النخوة “في محافظة عجلون.
واشتملت فعاليات الحملة التي شارك بها مديرية زراعة عجلون وقسم الحراج وهيئة شباب كلنا الاردن وشركة كهرباء اربد وعدد من الجمعيات و الهيئات التطوعية والبيئية على تنظيف الشارع الرئيسي القريب من معسكر الحسين للشباب والزراعة،اضافة الى زراعة وتقليم الاشجار .
وقال النائب وصفي حداد الذي رعى فعاليات الحملة ان الحملة تسهم في تعزيز روح التعاون في المحافظة على البيئة وتهدف لمساندة وزارة البيئية لانجاح حملتها التي جاءت تحت عنوان “اردن النخوة” من خلال العمل الجماعي المنظم للوصول الى بيئة امنه خالية من التلوث.
واشار رئيس الجمعية الصحفي علي فريحات الى حرص الجمعية على المشاركة ومساندة الجهات الحكومية و المؤسسات و الوزارات في مثل هذه المبادرات من اجل الحفاظ على البيئة والمتنزهات والمواقع الطبيعية التي يقصدها السياح والزوار وصولا إلى بيئة جميلة تعبر عن الوجه الحضاري للأردن.
