قال مدير أوقاف الزرقاء الدكتور محمد فوزي فايز ان مشكلة نقص الأئمة في مساجد الزرقاء انخفضت بنسبة 20 بالمئة خلال العامين الماضيين.
وبين لـــ (بترا) ان البناء العشوائي للمساجد وعدم مراعاة المصلحة وحاجة أهالي المنطقة لبناء مسجد وعدم التنسيق المسبق مع الوزارة أو أخذ موافقتها على ذلك، تعتبر من أهم أسباب مشكلة نقص الأئمة في المساجد .
ولفت الى ان 400 خطبة جمعة تقام أسبوعيا في مساجد الزرقاء مغطاة تماما بالخطباء، مبينا ان الوزارة كلفت في شهر رمضان المبارك لهذا العام نحو 400 إمام على الإمامة لصلاة التراويح في مساجد المحافظة، كما قامت بتكليف أساتذة ومفتين وعلماء لإعطاء دروس مكثفة للوعظ والإرشاد خلال الشهر الفضيل في مساجد المحافظة.
وأشار الدكتور فوزي إلى أن الوزارة تعمل جاهدة على معالجة نقص الأئمة في المساجد على مراحل، حيث قامت بتعبئة حوالي ثلاثين شاغرا خلال العام الماضي، وهناك دفعة جديدة من موظفي المساجد في محافظة الزرقاء ستصدر خلال أيام الامر الذي يسهم بالحد من المشكلة تدريجيا.
وأوضح ان الوزارة تقوم بمعالجة النقص بين موظفي المساجد من خلال التكليف على حساب صندوق الدعوة للمؤهلين وكذلك التكليف الجزئي وهو يختص بالصلوات الجهرية من خلال معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم من حملة المؤهلات الشرعية، وكذلك التكليف مقابل استعمال السكن الوظيفي التابع للمسجد، إضافة إلى تكليف الراغبين بخدمة بيوت الله عز وجل تبرعا والتكليف عن طريق لجان المساجد وبعد أخذ موافقة الوزارة على ذلك .
وأكد الدكتور فوزي أنه يتوقع أن تنتهي مشكلة نقض الأئمة بفضل الإجراءات التي تتخذها الوزارة في الوقت الحالي، داعيا الراغبين بالتكليف على حساب صندوق الدعوة أو الحفظة لكتاب الله تعالى أو الراغبين بالتكليف مقابل استعمال السكن الوظيفي مراجعة مديرية الأوقاف للسير في تكليفهم .
