تستمر أزمة احتراق المحاصيل الزراعية في مناطق سوريّة عدة، وتتفاقم أكثر مع فقدان ثلاثة مدنيين لحياتهم إلى جانب 3 عسكريين آخرين كانوا يحاولون معاً إطفاء النيران التي اندلعت في حقولٍ للقمح شمال شرقي سوريا، وفق ما أفاد للعربية.نت، مسؤول من “الإدارة الذاتية” لشمال سوريا وشرقها.
وقال سلمان بارودو، الرئيس المشترك لهيئة الزراعة والاقتصاد في الإدارة الذاتية السبت إن “الضحايا الذين فقدوا حياتهم إلى الآن نتيجة هذه الحرائق، هم 6 أشخاص ثلاثة منهم مدنيون والثلاثة الآخرون عسكريون، بالإضافة لوجود 7 جرحى بينهم عسكريان”.
في حين أفاد المرصد السوري الأحد بسقوط 10 ضحايا.
ووصف بارودو الحرائق التي اندلعت بكثافة بشكلٍ خاص في حقول القمح، بالمناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة “قوات سوريا الديمقراطية” منذ نحو شهرين، بـ “المرعبة”.
وأضاف بارودو في مكالمةٍ هاتفية مع “العربية.نت” “نرى مشاهد مرعبة ومخيفة يومياً، لكنّ هناك لجاناً مختصة تسجّل حالات الحرائق، وسوف تقوم بتقديمها لنا في هيئة الاقتصاد والزراعة بالإدارة الذاتية”.
كما كشف أنه “سيكون هناك اجتماع وموقف وكلمة بهذا الخصوص”، مشيراً إلى أننا “لم نقرر بعد، رفض أو قبول تعويض المتضررين، لكن هذا الأمر قيد المناقشة”، على حدّ تعبيره.
ومنذ اندلاع الحرائق في حقول القمح، تنهال الأطراف السورية المسيطرة والمتخاصمة، بكيل الاتهامات لبعضها البعض.

وفي وقتٍ تبنى فيه تنظيم “داعش” مسؤوليته عن بعض تلك الحرائق في سوريا والعراق، اتهمت “الإدارة الذاتية” النظام وتركيا بالوقوف وراء بعضها الآخر.
واستهدفت الحرائق في أيامها الأولى أراضي أصحابها من المكون العربي في مناطق “الإدارة الذاتية”. ووجهت بعض وسائل الإعلام أصابع الاتهام إلى قوات “سوريا الديمقراطية”، لكن سرعان ما انتقلت الحرائق بشكلٍ كبير لمحاصيل يملكها أكراد سوريون.
حرس الحدود التركي يشعل النيران
ولا تنحصر رقعة الحرائق على المحاصيل في مناطق سيطرة الأكراد وحلفائهم المحليين، بل تمتد لجنوب سوريا ووسطها كما هي الحال في مدينتي السويداء والسلمية.
ووثق المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان الّذي يتخذ من بريطانيا مقراً له، قيام حرس الحدود التركي بإشعال النيران في حقول القمح على الحدود السورية ـ التركية، عبر شريطٍ مصوّر بثّه على موقعه الرسمي.
منع القمح عن مناطق الأسد
وأدت التسعيرة التي حددها النظام السوري للكيلو الواحد من مادة القمح، والتي جاءت بقيمة أكبر من السعر الّذي حدّدته الإدارة الذاتية بمبلغٍ بسيط، إلى نشوب حربٍ إعلامية بين الطرفين.
وأكد مسؤول كردي في هذا السياق أننا “سنمنع وصول شحنات القمح لمناطق سيطرة قوات الأسد من مناطقنا”.
وتشكل المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة الأكراد وحلفائهم المحليين والتي تقدّر بنحو ثلث مساحة الأراضي السورية، خزان الموارد الطبيعية في البلاد كالزراعة والنفط والغاز.
ويتسابق النظام و”الإدارة الذاتية” معاً على شراء المحاصيل الزراعية من أصحابها والتي تشكل المصدر الأساس لمواردهم المالية.
ووصف مسؤولون أكراد فارق السعر على الكيلو الواحد من القمح بين أسعارها وأسعار النظام بـ”مخطط يهدف لإشعال الفتنة بينها وبين السكان”.
ويشير خبراء اقتصاديون إلى أن انتاج مناطق “سوريا الديمقراطية”، من القمح يصل إلى نحو 55% من عموم الناتج الاجمالي من القمح في البلاد.
