ودعت الدائرة المواطنين للتقدم بطلب اصدار جوازات سفرهم إلكترونيا وخدمات الشهادات المسجلة مسبقا عن طريق الدخول الى رابط الخدمات الإلكترونية https://eservices.cspd.gov.jo، أو من خلال دخول الموقع الرسمي للدائرة www.cspd.gov.jo ثم اختيار قائمة الخدمات الإلكترونية.
وبينت الدائرة، أن بإمكان المواطنين الدخول الى الرابط المشار اليه وطلب فتح حساب إلكتروني، وتفعيل الحساب من خلال إرسال صورة المواطن مع صورة البطاقة الشخصية للتحقق من شخصية طالب الخدمة به وتفعيل الحساب.
واضافت ان المواطن من خلال الحساب الإلكتروني يستطيع طلب هذه الخدمات له دون الحضور الشخصي وبإمكانه الدفع الإلكتروني عن طريق اي فواتيركم eFAWATEER.
واضافت انه بالإمكان ايصال الوثيقة للخدمة المقدمة له عن طريق العنوان الذي يحدده المواطن عند طلب الخدمة بواسطة إحدى شركات التوصيل بعد مطابقة البصمة الموجودة على بطاقته الذكية أثناء التسليم.
