قالت وزارة المالية إن رصيد الدين العام يقع ضمن الحدود المستهدفة وإن تذبذبه ارتفاعا او انخفاضا خلال العام يعود لمتغيرات منها توقيت قبض الايرادات والمنح الخارجية ، حيث أكدت الوزارة أن معظم المنح المقدرة في قانون الموازنة العامة والبالغة نحو 600 مليون دينار سيتم استلامها في الشهر الأخير من العام. وأشارت الوزارة في بيان اصدرته اليوم الجمعة، إلى أن ارتفاع رصيد الدين العام لنهاية أيار من العام الحالي إلى 2ر29 مليار دينار مقارنة مع 3ر28 مليار دينار في نهاية 2018، يعكس عدة بنود منها تمويل عجز الموازنة للشهور الخمسة الأولى والبالغة حوالي 483 مليون دينار، وتمويل احتياجات سلطة المياه وشركة الكهرباء الوطنية، بالإضافة إلى حصول المملكة على الدفعة الثالثة من اتفاقية التسهيل الممتد مع صندوق النقد الدولي والبالغة 117 مليون دينار، والتي تم إيداعها في حساب الحكومة لدى البنك المركزي الأردني واحتسابها ضمن رصيد الدين العام، بالإضافة إلى القروض الحكومية الموجهة لدعم المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والتي بلغ رصيدها 163 مليون دينار ضمن استراتيجية الحكومة لتحفيز النمو الاقتصادي وتوفير فرص العمل. وبينت الوزارة أن رصيد الدين العام البالغ 2ر29 مليار دينار يعكس البنود التي تم ذكرها ويمثل حوالي 3ر94 بالمئة من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، في حين أن صافي رصيد الدين العام القائم الذي يمثل رصيد الدين العام مطروحا منه الارصدة النقدية الحكومية المودعة لدى البنوك والتي تبلغ 33ر1 مليار دينار تصبح نسبة صافي الدين الى الناتج المحلي حوالي 1ر90 بالمئة. وقالت وزارة المالية إنها تنشر شهريا التفاصيل المتعلقة بالدين العام كافة، ضمن النشرة الشهرية للمالية العامة التي يتم رفعها على موقع الوزارة الالكتروني. –(بترا)
