حصل (57) أردنياً على الجنسية التركية، وذلك منذ تفعيل قانون منح الجنسية التركية للمستثمرين الأجانب الصادر في 19 أيلول العام الماضي.

وحلّ في المرتبة الأولى للحاصلين على الجنسية التركية استناداً إلى التعديلات الأخيرة، المواطنون الإيرانيون بواقع 253 شخصاً، ثم العراقيون بواقع 143 شخصاً، ثم اليمنيون 97 شخصاً، ثم الأفغان 94 شخصاً، ثم السوريون 59 شخصاً، ثم الفلسطينيون 58 شخصاً، ثم الأردنيون 57 شخصاً، ثم المصريون 45 شخصاً، ثم الصينيون 21 شخصاً، ثم الأذربيجانيون 16 شخصاً.
وبلغ عدد من تقدموا بطلبات للحصول على الجنسية منذ إقرار التعديلات 2700 مستثمر أجنبي، وقُدّر حجم استثماراتهم الإجمالي بمليار دولار.
وحصل أيضاً 6 مواطنين من كل من روسيا الاتحادية والولايات المتحدة على الجنسية، إضافة إلى 4 مواطنين إسرائيليين و4 إيطاليين ومواطنين اثنين من المملكة المتحدة ومواطنين اثنين من أوكرانيا ومواطن واحد من كل من اليونان وأستراليا، على الجنسية التركية وفقاً للتعديلات المذكورة.
