اوضح رئيس سلطة إقليم البترا الدكتور سليمان الفرجات إن الصور المنتشرة لليهود في مقام النبي هارون تعود لست سنوات مضت، باستثناء عدد قليل من الصور الحديثة التي ظهرت على شكل مقاطع فيديو.
وقال الفرجات أن السلطة تتبعت هذه الصور وتبيّن أنها تعود لعام 2013م”، لكن أثير الموضوع بعد أن اختلطت الصور بمقاطع فيديو صوّرت حديثاً لعدد محدود تمكّن من الدخول للمقام.
وبين أن السلطة كانت قد أغلقت الموقع صباح يوم الخميس حيث كانت لديها معلومات عن نيّة سياح يهود يصل عددهم إلى نحو 300 سائح، الدخول إلى مقام النبي هارون.
وأشار إلى أنه جرى إغلاق الموقع للحؤول دون وصول السياح إليه، إلا أن نحو 5 منهم تسللوا إلى الموقع بعد أن سمح لهم الحارس بالدخول، برغم تنبيهات سابقة لحراس الموقع بعدم السماح بدخول أجانب للموقع، مع التأكيد على منع المظاهر الدينية غير الإسلاميّة كونه مسجداً.
وشدد على أنه وبالتعاون مع وزارة الأوقاف “لن نسمح بأي مظهر ديني غير إسلامي بالمقام”، وسيتم التنسيق بشكل مسبق عند فتح المقام في الوقت المناسب.
وزاد الفرجات “نغلق المقام حتى لا يدخل عليه أحد من السياح، وقد بنيّ أيام المماليك ولا علاقة لليهود به لا تاريخياً ولا أثرياً، وعليه فلا داع من إبداء التخوفات”.
وفضّل عدم تضخيم الأمور قائلاً “هنالك من يربط الأمور بطريقة سلبية، فسلطة اقليم البترا تشجع على الاستثمار، وأحياناً إثارة بعض الإشكالات يؤثر على عملنا وعلى السياحة، فالتشويش غير مطلوب ولا بد أن يكون هنالك إيمان بوحدتنا ومؤسساتنا”.
