أبدت الخارجية السعودية، يوم الأحد، ترحيبها بالاتفاق على الوثيقة الدستورية والتوقيع عليها بالأحرف الأولى بين المجلس العسكري الانتقالي وقوى الحرية والتغيير في السودان.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء السعودية “واس” عن مصدر في الخارجية، قوله إن هذه الخطوة نقلة نوعية من شأنها الانتقال بالسودان الشقيق نحو الأمن والسلام والاستقرار.
ونوه المصدر بالجهود المبذولة من كافة الأطراف لتغليب المصلحة الوطنية وفتح صفحة جديدة من تاريخ البلاد، أكد التزام الرياض التام بالوقوف إلى جانب السودان ومواصلة دعمه، بما يسهم في نهوضه واستقراره واستتباب الأمن في كامل ربوعه.
ويوم الأحد، وقع ممثلو المجلس العسكري الحاكم وقوى الحرية والتغيير بالأحرف الأولى، على الإعلان الدستوري الذي طال انتظاره في السودان.
وقال نائب رئيس المجلس العسكري محمد حمدان دقلو، إن “اتفاق اليوم يؤكد انتصار الإرادة الوطنية، والنتيجة لا غالب ولا مغلوب”.
وأضاف دقلو: “سنقتص قصاصا عادلا من كل من أجرم في حق الوطن والمواطن”.
واعتبر القيادي في قوى الحرية والتغيير عمر الدقير، التوقيع على الإعلان الدستوري يمثل لحظة تاريخية للسودان، ويفتح صفحة جديدة في البلاد.
وقال المبعوث الأفريقي إلى السودان محمد الحسن ولد لبات، إن التوقيع على الوثيقة يجسد التلاحم بين الجيش والشعب في السودان.
كما أوضح المبعوث الإثيوبي إلى السودان محمد درير، أن الاتفاق يؤسس لبناء حكم مدني ديمقراطي يحقق المساواة للجميع.
وكان المجلس الحاكم والمعارضة، وضعا الجدول الزمني لتنفيذ اتفاق تقاسم السلطة في البلاد، وكشفت مصادر مطلعة على المفاوضات لـ”رويترز”، أن الطرفين سيوقعان بشكل نهائي على الإعلان الدستوري يوم 17 أغسطس.
وأوضحت المصادر أن تشكيل مجلس السيادة سيعلن يوم 18 أغسطس الجاري، فيما يعين رئيس الوزراء يوم 20 من الشهر ذاته، وتشكل الحكومة بعد ذلك بـ8 أيام.
