Jordan, Mexico discuss tourism ties

 Jordanian Ambassador in Mexico City Adli Khaldi has met with Mexican Minister of Tourism Miguel Torruco Marquez, as part of a series of meetings with a number of senior Mexican officials, to discuss means of enhancing bilateral relations.

Talks during the meeting tackled enhancing tourism ties, developing cooperation mechanisms in areas of training and rehabilitation, and exchanging expertise in combating antiquities smuggling.

The envoy indicated that the two countries will work on implementing the memorandum of understanding signed in February 2014 in the field of tourism.
