ولفت إلى أن المعلومات المقدمة في النموذج هي إقرار من ضابط الارتباط بدقتها وصحتها.
وأكد الصبيحي أهمية قيام ضباط ارتباط المنشأة من توقيع النموذج من المفوض بالتوقيع لدى منشأته أو المصادقة على التوقيع من البنك المعتمد لدى المنشأة في حال عدم تمكن المفوض بالتوقيع من مراجعة المؤسسة، وبعد ذلك عليه مراجعة فرع المؤسسة الذي تتبع له منشأته ليتم تحديث البيانات بشكل مباشر وفوري.
وأوضح أن الهدف من هذا التحديث يكمن بتمكين ضباط الارتباط من تزويد المؤسسة بالبيانات والمعلومات وبشكل إلكتروني ومباشر من خلال الخدمات الإلكترونية التي توفرها المؤسسة، والتبليغ عن حوادث العمل، والتحقق من البيانات الواردة من منشآتهم لمؤسسة الضمان بأنها معتمدة وصحيحة.
