Qatar removes Jordan from travel red list

The Qatar health authorities Wednesday said it removed Jordan from its travel red list after it had updated the list.

The Ministry of Public Health said that Jordan was removed from the travel red list after COVID-19 cases have seen a drop in the country. Egypt, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines and Sri Lanka remained on the red list, according to the update.

The new list will be effective as of Saturday evening, March 26, it added.
