One dead, 3 injured in Irbid house fire

A fire broke out in a house in the northern city of Irbid early Wednesday, killing one person and injuring three others, a security source said.

Firefighters and paramedics from the West Irbid Civil Defence Department rushed to the scene, put out the blaze, administered first aid to the injured, and evacuated the body to the Princess Basma Hospital.

“An investigation is currently underway to determine the causes of the fire,” the source added.
