Israeli authorities demolish agricultural structures near Umm al-Fahm

Israeli occupation authorities today demolished several agricultural structures in the village of Muawiyah near the city of Umm al-Fahm in the 48-occupied territories, under the pretext of building without a permit.

The soldiers surrounded the structures and denied access of the homes’ owners to the demolition site.

The citizens used these structures as barns for their livestock, noting that the structures were built of metal sheets and panels, in a way that does not violate the law.

In recent months, the village of Muawiyah and the neighborhood of Ain Ibrahim in Umm al-Fahm have seen a wave of settlers and Israeli soldiers’ attacks, including issuing demolition and stop constructions notices.
