King meets Saudi Crown Prince, attends part of investment conference

His Majesty King Abdullah II on Tuesday met with Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the sidelines of the Future Investment Initiative 2018 and discussed bilateral relations and regional developments.

During the meeting, the Kind and the Saudi Crown Prince stressed the strong relations between Jordan and Saudi Arabia, voicing keenness to expand cooperation to serve the common interests of the two countries.

His Majesty and the Saudi Crown Prince also attended part of a session of the Future Investment Initiative 2018 conference, on the future of technology.

The conference, which started today in Riyadh, focuses on the most important investment trends, opportunities and challenges. It also addresses shaping future sectors, and discussing how investment can contribute to global development and prosperity.

King Abdullah and the Saudi Crown Prince also attended an exhibition on technology held on the sidelines of the conference.
