One dead, another injured in traffic accident in Mafraq

One person died and another was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Balama- Hashemite road in Mafraq Governorate north of Amman, according to the Civil Defense Department (CDD) on Sunday.

The CDD said that rescue teams administered first aid to the injured and took him to the Prince Hashem Military Hospital where he was listed in a medium condition.

The teams also transferred the body to the Zarqa Public Hospital, the CDD added.
