One dead, 7 injured in Zarqa road accident

One person died and seven others were injured in a collision between a mini bus and a tipper truck in Zarqa- Mafraq road, the Civil Defense Department (CDD) said on Thursday.

The CDD stated that its rescue teams rushed to the scene, administered first aid to the injured and evacuated them and the body to the Zarqa Public Hospital.

One of the injured was listed in a ‘critical’ condition, while the others were described as moderate, it added.
