2 new COVID-19 deaths, 35 cases reported in Syria

Syria on Monday announced that 2 new deaths and 35 additional cases from the novel coronavirus were recorded over the last 24 hours, according to the country’s Ministry of Health.

The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) quoted the ministry saying that the death toll in the country reached 172, while the infection tally hit 3,800.
