Relatively hot weather forecast over weekend

 A slight drop in temperatures is expected on Thursday, so it will be moderate over the mountains and plains, and relatively hot in other parts of the country, with clouds at various altitudes, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

Over the next two days, mercury levels will continue to drop, bringing fair autumn-like weather conditions in the highlands and plains, while it will remain relatively hot in other regions, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the weather department said.

Temperatures for today in Amman are forecast to see a high of 32 degrees Celsius, and a low of 18C, while highs in the port city of Aqaba will jump to 38C, sliding to 25C at night.
