Syria: 3 new coronavirus deaths, 45 cases

The Syrian Health Ministry on Sunday announced that 3 new COVID-19 deaths and 45 additional infections were recorded over the last 24 hours.
The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) quoted the ministry saying that the death toll in the country reached 288, while the infection tally hit 5,728 , adding that the total number of recoveries rose to1,976.
