JTB holds workshop for Jordanian, Czech travel agents

 The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) has hosted a workshop for representatives of tourist and travel agencies as well as their Czech counterparts.

According to a JTB statement issued on Sunday, the workshop was part of a visit by a delegation of Czech travel agents organized by the JTB to promote Jordan as a tourist destination in the Czech Republic.

The visit of the Czech delegation, according to JTB Managing Director Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat, is an important opportunity to promote Jordan’s tourism destinations in the Central European country.

“As part of the Board’s plan to open up to new regional and global markets, Jordan has a genuine opportunity to attract tourists from the Czech Republic during the current period,” he added.
