Pleasant weather forecast until Tuesday

 Temperatures on Sunday are expected to be 2-3 degrees below the seasonal average, with pleasant autumn conditions prevailing in most parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Clouds at low altitudes are also forecast to appear in some areas, with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.

Toward Monday, a slight rise in mercury levels is expected, bringing relatively hot weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, while fair conditions will persist in other regions, with low clouds and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD further said.

Similar weather conditions will prevail on Tuesday, with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD noted.

Today, temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 25 degrees Celsius and a low of 12C, while the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 33C, sliding to 22C at night.
