Man stabbed tourists, guide, policeman in Jerash arrested

Police on Wednesday arrested a man who stabbed a number of tourists, a tour guide and a public security officer in Jerash governorate, northern Amman.

A man on the afternoon stabbed a number of tourists, a tourist guide and a Public Security Department (PSD) officer in Jerash, the PSD spokesperson said.

He added that the injured were transferred to a nearby hospital for treatment, and the assailant was immediately arrested and investigations began.
