Chilly, rainy weather forecast for Saturday

Cold weather and partly cloudy skies is forecast for Saturday, as well as rain showers in the northern and central regions of the Kingdom.

The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) predicted frigid weather for the night with possible rainfall in the northern and central regions.

Temperatures are expected to hover between 10 and 6 degrees Celsius in Amman, 7 – 4 in the northern region, 13 – 4 in the Badia regions and plains, 20 – 10 in the Valley, while in Aqaba they will range between 19 – 11 degrees.

A slight rise in temperatures is expected over the next two days, the JMD stated, adding that the weather will remain cold in most parts of the country.
