Moscow deports 88 foreigners for violating coronavirus quarantine

Moscow authorities, on Saturday, deported 88 foreign nationals who violated quarantine measures imposed on them as a precaution against the spread of the novel coronavirus.

The foreigners were caught in daily security campaigns conducted in crowded places at the residences of Chinese, the authorities said.

The health authorities had put around 200 people in quarantine on suspicion of being infected with the coronavirus, 145 of them had been discharged, and 80 others were still being quarantined.
