Three new coronavirus deaths, 44 cases recorded in Syria

The Syrian Health Ministry on Thursday announced that 3 new COVID-19 deaths and 44 additional infections were recorded over the last 24 hours.

The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) quoted the ministry saying that the death toll in the country reached 257, while the infection tally hit 5,224, adding that the total number of recoveries rose to 1,629.
