Israeli occupation forces early Tuesday arrested 18 Palestinians in various West Bank cities.

In a statement, the Palestinian Prisoners Society said that Israeli soldiers stormed the cities of Ramallah, Jenin, Tubas, Nablus, Hebron and Al-Bireh, and arrested the 18 locals under the pretext they are wanted by the occupation authorities.

Also today, 2 Palestinian youths were wounded and many others suffered suffocation after clashes broke out with Israeli troops in Kafr Malik village, east of Ramallah, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS).

“During the confrontations, the occupation soldiers fired live and rubber bullets, along with toxic tear gas canisters against the citizens, leaving a number of them injured and suffocated,” the PRCS added.
