Jordan to partake in AIM 2022 in UAE

The Ministry of Investment will participate in the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) 2022 in Dubai from March 29 to 31 with participants from the public and private sectors.

The event, launched in 2010, is organized by the United Arab Emirates’ economy ministry. This year’s edition is held on the sidelines of Expo 2020 Dubai. International companies and sovereign funds, namely from the Arab Gulf region, are taking part in the meeting.

Investment Minister Khairy Amr Tuesday said the ministry is committed to participating in major events to promote investment opportunities available in Jordan, noting that the ministry has prepped a program to efficiently benefit from its participation.

Secretary-General of the Investment Ministry Zaher Qatarneh said the ministry will hold a Jordanian investment symposium titled “Invest in Jordan”, in addition to a presentation on the Kingdom’s investment environment, indicating that the meeting is the biggest of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa region. A number of ministers and senior businessmen were invited to the symposium, he added.
