26 facilities closed for flouting defense order

The inspection teams of the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) on Wednesday shut down 26 facilities and fined 82 others for violating public safety measures and the Defense Orders.

A statement by the GAM on Thursday said that the teams, in cooperation with security personnel, have carried out 702 visits to various establishments, during which 10 citizens were fined for failure to adhere to public safety requirements.
